Please enclose a copy of your corporate letterhead, which shows the company registration number and registered address of your business.

If you will be hiring vehicles on your own insurance, please enclose a copy of your motor vehicles insurance certificate with the above documents.

Corporate Account payments – it’s easy!

 

Direct Debit:

Account holders have the choice to pay their monthly accounts by Direct Debit or BACS payment.  This is a fast, efficient and easy way to keep your account to date.

Direct Debits are guaranteed, if an error is made by Callvan Hire or your bank or building society you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.

You will receive your monthly statement from Callvan Hire at the end of each month.  This will detail the invoices raised against your account in the previous month.

Once you have sent Callvan Hire your Account Application form with the following documents:

• Corporate letterhead
• Motor Vehicles Insurance document (copy) – if you will be hiring vehicles on your company insurance

You will receive a call from us to introduce ourselves and to set up your specific payment requirements.  We can send you a Direct Debit form at that point if this is the form of payment you wish to use.
